The Associate Editors are led by Co-Scientific Directors Tim
Carey, MD, MPH and Evan Mayo-Wilson, DPhil. The Associate
Editors bring extensive experience in comparative clinical
effectiveness research and prior editorial work. Associate
Editors include clinician scientists and researchers with expertise
in epidemiology, health behavior, and related fields. They have
diverse expertise in research methods and health problems
across the lifespan. Associate Editors work with peer reviewers
(e.g., subject matter experts, patient reviewers), statisticians,
Origin and PCORI staff, and study investigators to ensure the
completeness and clarity of PCORI final research reports.
